Do you offer email hosting with your WordPress plans?

Unfortunately we do not. We’ve found that offering email hosting dramatically increased our support load. Plus, the email service we could provide is just a basic email platform. We highly suggest you go with Google, Office 365, or some other dedicated email hosting platform. It’s what they do and they do it well. We’ll stick to what we’re good at.

Can you help me build my website?

We do not do any in-house development of any kind. While we can help you learn to use WordPress, we can’t build your site for you. If you need a developer that can build your site let us know. We work with several and can provide you with some options.

How long does it take to get access to my WordPress instance once I order?

In most cases you’ll receive all the information you need to access your WordPress instance within 5-10 minutes. You will need DNS to point to the IP address assigned to your WordPress instance. After placing your order you will get an email that gives you the IP address that you will need to point your site to.

I didn’t receive my setup emails.

Please check your Spam and Trash folders.  If you are unable to locate the emails please open a support ticket and we’ll get you the information that you need.

Can I change the domain name of my WordPress instance?

Absolutely. We often have developers that use a domain or subdomain for developing a site. Once they are ready to go live with the new site they’ll change the domain. That can be done through the Plesk control panel. If you need assistance please submit a support ticket and we’ll be glad to help.
